To ensure accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all residents, everyone, even if you do not have a pet or animal, is required to complete a third-party screening and review process prior to the execution of any residential lease. Pet fees and/or pet rent paid during tenancy are not considered pet deposits or security deposits and will not be applied toward damages. Resident is responsible to pay for any damages and carpet/apartment deodorizing treatments necessary upon move-out irrespective of any pet fees or pet rent. Pet Policy: Maximum pets permitted per apartment is two (2). Please note we restrict the following full-breed and predominant breed dogs: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, German Shepherds, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows, Husky.
